Play on the lake (only 2 blocks away!), the slopes of Beaver Mountain (just a 15 minute drive!), nearby pickleball courts, adventure park, go-karts, beaches and playhouse (all within walking distance or just minutes away). You'll have access to a one car private garage plus parking for additional vehicles. Multiple adjacent units can be rented, making this location ideal for a group of any size. The living room is set up to be the perfect place to gather as family or friends. The couch is large and comfortable, and the large TV provides fun access to entertainment. The natural light that comes in through the large windows creates an open, airy feeling and lets you enjoy the mountain views.

One bedroom is on the main level with 3 upstairs, plus a bonus bedroom. All bedrooms have easy bathroom access. The master bedroom features large ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet.
