Guests are welcome to use any room in the house. The entire home has been thoughtfully furnished with a modern urban touch and equipped with Smart Tv's throughout. With a 75 Inch in the living, 65 inch in the master, and 50 Inch Tv's in the guest bedrooms. All Tv's have Netflix, Prime TV, and other smart apps. This house is ready for you to relax and enjoy.
The master bedroom has high ceilings, a king size bed, walk-in shower and walk-in closet! Washer and Dryer are centrally located so all guest can access them easily in case you need to do any laundry during your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances and everything you'd need to prepare and enjoy a wonderful meal. The kitchen is also open to the living and dining rooms making it perfect for entertaining.

Smoking: We have created two outside smoking areas. The front patio or the cozy back patio with lounge chairs and a table are perfect for smoking and relaxing. We just ask that no smoking is done in the home, or in a way where smoke can enter the home. We hope we can have the honor of hosting you on your next getaway.
Security deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $250
Surveillance or recording devices on property - For your protection and the protection of the property we have video devices on all exterior doors. The cameras are at the front door, garage door, and back door all facing outside the premises. There are no video devices inside the home.
