🔥Indoor Fireplace/Outdoor Fire-pit
- Indoor fireplace or outdoor fire-pit must be operated/supervised by adult over 18 years old at all time.
- Do not insert any wooden log or fire-logs into the indoor fireplace, wooden logs are meant to be used for outdoor fire-pit ONLY
- We currently do not have any fire-logs in the property, if guest wants to enjoy outdoor fire-pit, guest will be responsible for getting fire-logs from the nearest home improvement store.
🐶🐱🐾Pet Friendly [PLEASE READ]
- Only dogs and cats are allowed
- Pee stains are extremely difficult to clean, we will have to charge an additional cleaning fee of $200 if we ever find any pee stain on any of the furniture or mattresses.
- no pets are allowed to be left alone in the property unsupervised at any given time
- pets are allowed roaming freely inside the house / covered backyard but has to be leashed at all time when walking in the neighborhood
- pet fee $150 must be paid and $500 security deposit will be withhold if you are bringing pet, this covers the additional cleaning needs for future allergy sensitive guests.
- ⛔️We will charge a non-refundable $200 for undisclosed pet and reserve to cancel the reservation

- Absolutely no smoking of any kinds in the house or at the front-door
- We only allow smoking in the backyard patio or at the car porch

💰Security Deposit
- Security deposit is required for damage protection. We do not possess security deposits, it will be refunded by Vrbo14 days after checkout.

- Please checkout at 11am, cleaning janitors will be there to clean up the house to prep for upcoming guests
🧽Cleaning
- Please remove all used bed linens, pillowcase and comforter cover into the washer, put a tide pod and start the washer in "Heavy mode". For used towels and wash clothes, please leave it on top of the washer
- Please wash all dirty dishes by either hand wash with scrub sponge.
- Take out all the trashes, throw it into the large brown bin outside of the house.
- Empty the fridge
