Modern remodeled condo at the Avenida in Casa Grande. 79 is a strictly NO PETS unit and we do enforce. If you want to bring your pets and enjoy the onsite dog park, please look at units 32 and 78, these are our only two pets allowed two bedrooms. Best location in Casa Grande and only 45 min from PHX sky harbor or 45 min to Tucson. Both bedrooms feature queen memory foam mattress (very comfy). Living room has reclining theatre seating and traditional couch. High speed broadband internet access with HDTV basic cable. Electric grill on patio and BBQ grills throughout the complex. Pool is heated year round. Fenced Dog Park onsite. No disappointments here.
