This home, 1,400 sq ft, has a pleasant environment for a large family or other group wanting a cozy and well arranged space to ‘gather’! (My longer stay travelers enjoy having this home to invite their Tucson friends to). On that note, when we furnish a home it feels like one that we could move into ourselves! For example, I am a collector of art, especially pictures. I don’t go to Ross for ‘hotel wall decorations’! All the pictures I have in both TH’s were originals purchased by, or for, me. For example, the little bright painting on the wall in the kitchen is one I asked for as a BD present while traveling in Costa Rica, and I had no room for it in our own home. If you end up renting 835 ask me what that picture symbolizes to me! There is lots of storage space for longer stays and a tv setup to die! One of the neatest piece of furniture we bought ( and will always keep) is the dining table that can be turned into a gaming table after eating. The large kitchen is a focal point I think, with doors going straight to either dining, living, or laundry rooms. I call the 1st BR by the house bath our Wild West room with a sturdy trundle bed and great desk, etc. (Oh yes...the beds..very cozy brand new mattresses made right here in Tucson on all the beds.) Second room ...the European more formal one, and at the end of the hall the MBR with a door that shuts it off!
In the pictures I will take you on a tour with 1st picture showing street approach into this Ciudad Natal complex of 49 townhomes and to the double carport. One enters right into the kitchen usually, or into living room if need be. Nice side/back yard for you, and or pets, to utilize.
Another note about the neighborhood and complex. As noted before, it is made up of working and retired people. Quiet as a rule! Some of my longer term renters get acquainted somewhat. In other words they leave you alone and vice-versa. If you have questions we have found most to be very helpful!
