Spacious, well-kept home in rural Brazos Co 16 minutes to Aggieland and Kyle Field, between the Brazos River and its tributary on a working farm. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a half bath, large den, living room, updated appliances, washer/dryer, parking on site for 6 vehicles. RV parking on paved drive possible, no hook up. Ideal occupancy 8 guests with 6 bed spaces, and a queen blow up mattress. Plenty of floor space for porta cribs, or sleeping bags provided by guests for children of the family who are booking.
No smoking. No vaping indoors. No pets.
Parking on site for 6 vehicles.
We do not permit events or parties, burning candles or fireplace. No cooking or party prep for meals served OFF SITE or for more than 10 visitors to the booking guests ON Site.
Any gatherings on site planned for guests of the booking party (other than those spending the nights), must be approved prior to booking. Maximum allowed attendance: 20 (including booking persons) and 8 vehicles.
