Positive: Location was beautiful. Great idea!!

Negative: Hot tub is old and dosent hold heat. Bathroom was just pumping heat all night, also had a big hole in the floor. Bedroom fans need to be replaced ( so loud and old and broken ) common room is an amazing little space. No way to adjust heat in the room. Just on all night long.. parking is a bit tricky. Dont like the fact that if you upgrade rooms to river view you dont have a on-site bathroom. Very awkward walking to the other side where people are sleeping to use s washroom.
