Nestled in a quiet gated community in the West Valley this home has all that you need to enjoy your Arizona vacation. Home has over 5000 sq ft of living space and 5 bedrooms that are spread out for privacy. Large game room area with billiards table as well as loft with pop a shot basketball and game TV. Kitchen features island and is well stocked if you are looking to cook in on vacation. Multiple eating and gathering areas that include formal dining and an eat in kitchen as well as outdoor dining table. Bedrooms are all spacious and have new mattresses and top of the line bedding. Each bedroom also features it\'s own TV with smart capabilities. One bedroom with ensuite bath downstairs and Master along with guest rooms upstairs. The master bedroom is huge and really a retreat within the house if you need to get away. King sized bed and sleeper couch in sitting area that features gas fireplace.
