- $250 Fee applied if guest smoked in the property

- Pets and Services animals are NOT allowed on the furniture or beds
- Personal items left behind will be disposed of
- Thermostats has a code on it to control extremely low and high temperatures in the house
- Tampering with devices, wifi router, modem or cameras will result in cancelation of your reservation and removal from the property
-Cameras are only outside located in the front and the back of the property, we don’t have any no cameras inside the house
- Outside storage isn’t available to guest
