This updated single-story home is comfortable, clean, and set up to make your stay easy. Whether you're in town for golf, Spring Training, or just some Arizona sunshine, it's a great place to land.
The living room is bright and relaxed, with a brand new TV and a power reclining sectional —perfect for winding down at the end of the day. There are also games tucked in the console if you're in the mood to unplug for a bit.
The kitchen is fully stocked to make anything from a quick breakfast to a full meal. You'll find upgraded appliances, including a KitchenAid mixer and air fryer, along with all the basics you'd expect. The dining table seats six, plus there's bar seating for two at the kitchen counter.
There's also a dedicated coffee bar with a few different options, so everyone can start their morning how they like.
All three bedrooms have king-size beds, TV's and ceiling fans, and each room has plenty of closet and dresser space so you can actually unpack and settle in.
Out back is where this home really shines. The yard is private, quiet, and designed to be enjoyed. The pool (5 ft depth) is great for cooling off, and there are plenty of lounge chairs and shaded areas to relax. You've got outdoor dining for six, a built-in BBQ with a beverage fridge, and a putting green for a little fun. It's an easy space to spend the whole day—whether that's coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening.

Important Reservation Information
To finalize your booking, all guests must complete a rental agreement and guest verification through Truvi. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text before your arrival. This verification process ensures compliance with local city regulations for short-term rentals and helps us provide a safe and secure stay for all guests.

Noise Policy
Red Mountain Rentals enfoces good neighbor policies on all managed properties. Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. All outdoor speakers and TV's must be turned off between the hours of 10PM and 8AM. Violation of this rule will result in removal from the home without refund.
Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine.
Pet Policy
This is a pet-free home. No pets are permitted under any circumstance.
Smoking Policy
This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is prohibited in the entire premesis. No smoking, vaping or using e-cigarettes of any kind are permitted inside or outside of the property under any circumstances. Violating this will result in the guest being fully liable for any damage resulting from it.
Damage Policy
Guests are required to purchase a Damage Insurance Policy through Rental Guardian at the time of booking.
Guests will be charged for any and all damage not covered by the Rental Guardian Insurance Policy and/or any damage deductibles for covered items by the Rental Guardian Damage Insurace Policy purchased at the time of reservation.
Reservation Payments
50% of the total reservation is due at the time of booking
Payment in full is due and will be automatically charged 30 days from arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled at 14 or less days before arrival will not receive a refund. Total reservation payment will be forfeited. Early departure or shortened stay does not warrant a refund.
Security Cameras
All of our homes have security cameras installed on the front of the garage, facing the street. These cameras are the property of Red Mountain Rentals. There may be additional security cameras on the front of the property (such as Ring Doorbells or cameras monitoring the side gate enterance) as well that are maintained by the homeowner. Neither the homeowner or Red Mountain Rentals has installed any security cameras in the backyard or inside of the home. Tampering with any security camera may result in removal from the home without refund.
