Each side of Avery’s Ocean Beach includes three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps six – or a total of 12 if you rent both sides. The homes are air-conditioned and each has its own laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer. There’s also free Internet, which is great for arranging tee times, making dinner reservations or sending photos back home.
Walk across the front port sitting area and in the front door where you’ll be greeted by an open-concept living room/dining room space. Everything in these units is brand-new because the duplex units themselves were recently built. Each home has a large flat-screen HDTV and comfortable furniture in the living room. Cool tile floors throughout feel great on the feet after a day on the beach.
