About this space
Home is about 5 minutes to I-10 which gives you access to go east or west easily (reach downtown faster and really anything). It is also 5 minutes from the AK-Chin Pavilion and about 10-15 minutes from the Cardinals stadium and Westgate Entertainment Center. Home has been fully remodeled from inside and outside. Property is fully fenced. There is free parking space on the property driveway as well as free street parking.

You are renting a private room. The room has a private entrance, bathroom, a dining table, TV, and a work space.

Parking is on driveway right in front of the room.
Other things to note
I do not have access to the private room during your stay. The main house and another private room on the back of the property are rented separately. Note that you are renting the private master room.
If there's any problem at all, like the shower temperature or extra linens, please feel free to contact us. It's incredibly easy for us to fix these problems and improve your stay.
Please do not smoke inside the room, please do so outside, there is plenty of space outside for that :)
If house is left smelly because of the use of Marijuana, there will be a fee. This is very inconvenient for the upcoming guests and also for the owner.
EVENTS/PARTIES: Please no parties.
No pets allowed. It is incredibly hard to get rid of hair.
