This Home is set up perfect to entertain up to 11 guests. Great kitchen with dining offering picture window to the Huachuca Mountain range. All bedrooms have brand new amenities. Dual front and rear second story porches with views of Mexico and various Sky Island Ranges. Tankless water system provides hot showers for all. And Master has a nice jacuzzi tub for soaking at the end of your day!

This home is NOT suited for small children. The stair railings are not close enough together and small children could go right through them.

Summary: This was a wonderful stay for our family of 8 adults, which included a few with limited mobility. We felt good about our decision to book the property immediately upon our arrival, given that the property looks exactly as depicted in the photos in the listing. The property description (amenities, # of beds, etc.) was accurate and accommodated our group well. Patrick was kind, responsive, and attentive throughout our stay. We arrived later than expected (flight issues), but Patrick still greeted us upon arrival and made sure we were oriented to the home. He provided his contact information and responded quickly to our questions and needs. The interior of the home was spacious. At no point did we feel cramped even when other family members visited. We found the house was truly well-cared for. The kitchen was well-stocked and sufficient linens were available. The exterior of the home really made our trip even more fantastic. The mountain views from inside and outside the home were gorgeous. We spent half our time on the patio/balcony enjoying the space. Most of all, we felt safe and comfortable the entire time. A couple of points for others to consider when staying here: 1) The home is a bit off the beaten path. It didn't affect our trip or our stay and our cars held up well. But it's still worth keeping in mind when selecting a rental car. Also, there are limited food options in the area so factor that into your grocery store trip and food planning. 2) The home is a few miles from the US/Mexico border and Border Patrol maintains a presence in the area. While this is in no way a reflection of the home itself, it is good to be aware of when traveling in the area. 3) The heat is real!!! We stayed during some of the hottest days of the year (115-ish on a couple of days). Thankfully the AC worked well and our melanin came in handy. But please plan accordingly. If this property is available, we highly recommend booking it.
