This is an active 55+ Del Webb Adult community located in the Coachella Valley with two clubhouses, two golf courses, tennis, pickle ball courts, bocci ball, 2 outdoor pools, indoor swimming pool, 2 gyms and many other state-of-the-art amenities. One bedroom is equipped for an office with super fast wifi, wireless printer, lots of desk space and a sofa bed for additional guests. Fully stocked kitchen and 48 bottle wine refrigerator.
The backyard southwest view is stunning! It overlooks the golf course and a peaceful lake full of wildlife and stunning views of the mountain ranges. The lot is located on the 18th tee box of the golf course. You will be walking distance to the club house and all of the many great indoor and outdoor amenities this community has to offer.
Sun City Shadow Hills Homeowners Association and The City of Indio requires a minimum 31 day lease agreement. At least one guest must be 55 and older, children have 60 day minimum stay.
