Beautiful quiet ranch retreat. Large great room with wood beam ceiling, mountain lodge atmosphere with wood burning fireplace. Secluded on 5 acres with beautiful view of valley and horse area. Full RV hookups. Hot tub, fireplace also in bedroom, upstairs casita with extra cots, sleeping pads, bunk beds, 2 port-a-cribs, toys and games, and deck with view. Incredible hiking, scenic canyons, minutes from beautiful Snow Canyon. 15 min from St. George restaurants, shopping, golf courses, Tuacahn outdoor Amphitheatre. Access to Las Vegas, Zion, Bryce, Lake Powell, or Brian's head skiing. Available for St. George Marathon, Triathlon, Senior Games, Iron Man, Dixie Roundup rodeo, all other events. Great access to marathon course. Sleeps 12 in beds + 2 port a cribs. We have extra sleeping pads/cots. Can accommodate your horses if prior arrangements are made. Casita above garage may also be rented separately. (sleeps 6 + extra cots/ pads) We do have a 2 night minimum (some exceptions)
