The home has been recently remodeled including beautiful new tile floors, carpeting, furnishings and refinished kitchen cabinetry. The house has its own private backyard patio with a barbecue and your own orange tree. A community swimming pool and spa are available a short walk away. (Pool is unheated; spa is heated during holidays). The location is near world-class golf courses and most of the Spring training Cactus League sites are close by (5 sites are within 10-20 miles and remaining 5 within 30 to 45 miles). Wifi, smart TV with cable all included. There is a fully stocked kitchen for the cooking enthusiast or plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. ASU is a 10-15 minute drive down the street. Bedrooms sleep 4 comfortably, and you can sleep an additional two people on air-mattresses in the den which is off of the living room (with doors for privacy).
