Just South of the Strip 4 miles near outlets, shopping, Town Square shopping, M Resort, Southpoint, Silverton. Close to airport, car rental, I 15, across from Southpoint Casino it is walking distance. The house is fully stocked with paper products, kitchen essentials, laundry , cleaning supplies, soaps, shampoos, coffee, tea,spices and extras.
There are coolers, floats, camp chairs in garage if needed for any of your excursions.
Home in gated community, 2 shared seasonal pools and hot tub May through October. Master suite with private bath, king bed, TV and recliner. One bedroom with Queen, TV and walk in closet, and 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds, desk, printer. Gated patio area for relaxing outside. One car garage for medium size vehicle. Extra parking outside, garage will not fit large SUV or Truck.
Home has been completely remodeled, new paint, carpet, appliances. New furnishings, 3 flat screen TV's. It is a wonderful location for executive on business, groups of friends or families that want to be close to the strip but not stay in hotel environment.
