Located at the mouth of Brown's Canyon and Highway 248, the Black Rock Ridge neighborhood completely sidesteps the congestion and traffic of downtown but is still less than 10 minutes to Kimball Junction, Historic Main Street, and the Park City Mountain Resort. This home allows you and your family to be in a quiet/private area with Easy Access and convenience. With 2500 square feet of space and 3 bedrooms (2 Primary bedrooms!) and 3.5 bathrooms (sleeps 11-13 people comfortably), the luxury of this beautiful home can’t be beat!

When you enter the home, you’ll find the main level with a flawlessly decorated living room, plenty of seating, a 55” HD Smart TV, gas fireplace, and access to a stunning patio with comfortable furniture and a gas BBQ grill. Incredible views of the Deer Valley ski runs can be enjoyed with the provided binoculars on the patio.

A fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, beautiful wood flooring, and granite countertops makes eating in easy. You’ll find a toaster, coffee pot, blender, crockpot, cookie sheets, baking pans, a roasting pan, waffle iron, wine and martini glasses, pots, knives, utensils, and place settings for 14 in the cupboards. The rustic dining room table seats 8 and there’s room for three more at the breakfast bar.

The laundry room features an HE Smart Digital washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. There’s a 1/2 bathroom nearby as well. For some great fun, just outside in the garage is a ping ping table, paddles and balls.

The first of two Primary suites is also on the first floor. With a King-sized bed, ceiling fan, and large en suite bathroom (separate soaking tub and shower), you’ll be sure to enjoy a good night’s sleep in this beautiful bedroom.

Downstairs, the second Primary suite features a Queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, and large en suite bathroom (with a separate soaking tub and shower). Additionally, the third bedroom is located on the lower level. It has five built-in Twin-size bunk-style beds with ladders, a perfect room for kids.

The large stadium-seating theater room enclosed by a sliding barn door is also in the basement. With plenty of comfortable space, the room has a high-end surround sound system with a projector and huge movie screen.

There’s also an XBOX and Blu-Ray player hooked up. The back couch in the room is a Queen-sized sleeper sofa. Enjoy movies or television in this incredible space!

Outside the theater room, another beautiful living room with plenty of seating, a gas fireplace, a 55” HD Smart TV, & patio access makes it easy to relax. The large hot tub is located right outside on the patio. Indulge and unwind after a day on the slopes or hiking/biking in the brand-new spa.

The entire home has free Wifi, cable TV, a whole-home humidifier, and a soft water system. There’s also a small portable humidifier and Bose iphone speaker for use.

There’s parking for one vehicle in the garage and two in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted at any time. There is a ping pong table and 3 mountain bikes (2 adult/1 teen) with helmets and locks in the garage for your use.
