We take our home's sanitation and cleaning procedures very seriously. All linens and bed quilts are laundered with every new stay, and all commonly touched surfaces and objects are sanitized with every clean!
There is an attached Guest Suite next to this home. We typically have it rented out one month at a time to local medical professionals. The main home shares some common walls with the guest suite, similar to an apartment or townhome.
But don't worry, optimal privacy for our guests is very important to us. Both homes have their own private entrances, HVACs, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.

Although we love our furry friends, to keep our home as clean, comfortable, and allergy-friendly as possible, no pets are allowed. If you bring an unauthorized animal on the property, you will be charged a $400 pet cleaning fee and your booking will be terminated with no refund.

To maintain a secure and safe premises, this home is equipped with exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no interior cameras. Please note that this home is also equipped with a noise monitoring device to maintain a peaceful environment. This device detects noise levels, it does not listen to or record conversations.
