Huge Pool and Prime Location! This amazing vacation rental has everything you need for a fun-filled and relaxing getaway with friends and family. With a large swimming pool , games, covered outdoor patio, there's plenty of entertainment to keep everyone happy. The spacious patio area is perfect for outdoor dining and lounging, and the grill is perfect for cooking up delicious meals. Sleeps 12 comfortably! Since we took the pictures, we have added a 65 inch Smart TV to the patio and a 45 inch TV in the master bedroom (not pictured).
Before booking, please be informed that our home is a “No-Party” home and we do not allow special events. We strictly enforce this policy.
The home is a perfect place for families. There are four bedrooms. The master has a King and the other three bedrooms feature full size beds. Our linen is upgraded and above the average standard for a short term rental home!
In addition to the four bedrooms, we offer a queen size pull out sleeper sofa and a higher end queen air mattress. We provide all linens!
Pool
The swimming pool is above average in size and is where you'll probably spend most of your time! It is located in fully fenced, oversized backyard and has a large covered patio. There is a charcoal grill. Please note, we do not provide charcoal. The pool depth ranges from 3 feet to 10 feet and has a sharp drop-off around the 5 foot depth range. No life guard on duty! Children must be supervised by an adult at all times!
Kitchen
Immerse yourself in the heart of the home, the kitchen. We offer top-tier kitchenware, ample pots and pans, plenty of upgraded dishware, and expansive counter space invite you to unleash your cooking creativity. The refrigerator is large and has an ice maker. You will also find blenders, Crockpot just to name a few. This kitchen is decked out with more cooking equipment than your average short term rental.
Elevate Your Coffee Experience
No need to visit Starbucks when you stay with us! Indulge in the fully stocked Coffee Bar – a favorite highlight of guests. With offerings including a traditional brewer, Keurig, tea pot and a coffee grinder. We offer Starbucks coffee beans, so your caffeine cravings are met. We also stock the coffee bar with plenty of K-Cups, a selection of creamers and tea, hot chocolate and a variety of creamers.
Bathrooms
The Master Bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower with a 12-inch rain head and handheld wand, complemented by a vanity area for added convenience. The main bathroom offers a tub/shower combo and dual vanity. Supplies including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap are provided.
Prime Location
This home is in a well-established neighborhood and is centrally situated near Interstates I-10 and I-410 which offers seamless access to and from the freeway. Many dining options and grocery stores are conveniently nearby, making your stay very convenient!

There is one Pack-N-Play and one highchair that can be requested before your due to arrive.
