This home is a vacation just by itself! Family and Friends will enjoy this super modern and updated Chandler home with a HEATED POOL. That's right swim night and day and in this impressive backyard. Check out the swing dining table perfect for games and having a BBQ outside in the AZ warmth. This home is west facing so the views of the sunset are fantastic. When you step inside you will be in a great room that is perfect for everyone. A super sized 65" TV and sectional (also a full sized sleeper sofa) are the centerpiece. There is a bar for serving drinks and snacks. The open concept kitchen and dining area and great room will keep everyone in the action. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you could possibly need for meal prep and entertaining. Indoor dining for 4 and outdoor dining for 8. The bedrooms are the very popular split floorpan. The Master to the south of the home has a king bed, large TV, massive closets and a ensuite bath with double sinks and a walk in shower. There is direct access to the backyard and pool from the master. The 2 additional bedrooms are on the other side of the house creating privacy, one being the 2nd king room and the other a luxurious queen both with 50" TV's. The hall bath is shared and has a tub and shower combo.
Outside you will find a fun filled backyard, with corn hole, a heated pool and custom swing dining table. Lounge chairs are available for the sun bathers as well as a perfect little sitting area for morning coffee. Have fun on the new putting green and play some yard games outside too on the massive turf areas.
