This is a ranch style home that has been completely updated on the inside in 2024. Home is set up to be rented to two separate groups or one group can occupy the enter unit. With this configuration, you will have the entire property to yourself.
Guest access:
There is a gate code to open the gate and door keypad to access the unit. The codes will be sent early on the day you are checking in and we also provide check-in instructions with pictures in the app.
Other things to note:
The home has a pool on the property. The pool has a fence around it and we also have a pool net that can be set up before you arrive. If you would like us to install the pool net, please let us know at least a day before you arrive. The pool is very deep at the far end. You are responsible for keeping your guests safe around it.
