Situated at the North East end of Twinkle Lane, the location is tucked away from the traffic of town, but still a quick sidewalk away from all the action.
A fenced yard connects the front porch and patio areas for your own private courtyard with a dining table and additional seating. Inside, the efficient floor-plan makes this home the perfect size for one or two families to enjoy together. Downstairs you'll find the open kitchen and living room, a large bedroom with French doors that open to the private courtyard, and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo with a washer and dryer. Upstairs opens to a large landing area, furnished with bunk beds and a daybed with trundle. The kids can pile in to watch movies and tell stories after a fun day outside.
Also on the second level is a private bedroom with a queen bed and a shared full bathroom with another shower/tub combo. The kitchen is stocked with dishes to make meal-time simple.
