Great central location! Basement Apartment with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, in a new house built in 2011. Sleeps 4. Very high ceilings. Gorgeous interior! Unlike your typical Chautauqua rentals - check out our pictures! Each bedroom has: 2 twin beds, closet, dresser, ceiling fan, egress window, bathroom with walk-in shower. Living / Dining room with gas-log fireplace, sofa, 2 white canvas chairs to pull up next to the couch for extra living room seating, dining table with 4 wood chairs, ceiling fan, egress window, Flat screen TV. New kitchen with full-size refrigerator, electric range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, blender. Washer & dryer. Laundry detergent included. Ironing Board & Iron. Air Conditioning. New hardwood floors with radiant floor heating. Fully equipped with linens, bath towels, all silverware, dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc. Also included: toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, soap for bathrooms & dishsoap for kitchen. Private, Separate Entrance. Note: There are steps down to the Basement Apartment. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer parking at apartment or porch access. No smoking. No pets. Tenants must purchase parking pass and gate pass during summer season directly through Chautauqua Institution in order to enter grounds.
