Review Score: 4

Summary: The lock latch wasn’t working in the first room and the second one smelled of smoke although non-smoking room. The third room was missing a pillow, but attendant was nice and replaced missing pillow. There is coffee but no hot cocoa, and the elevator wasn’t working so we had to take the outside emergency stairs in 30° weather.
