Coral Arches is a luxury vacation retreats in the St George area that is pet friendly! Coral Arches is conveniently located at the heart of adventure. Also, being pet friendly makes this home extra special and unique. The outdoor community pool and hot tub are heated year round! From the pool you can relax, soak in the rays and stare are the red rocks of the Red Hills Reserve, it's a sight to see. This unit is within walking distance to the pool, making it easy to access.
Located just minutes away from tons of shopping and restaurants in Washington its also just a short drive to majestic Zion National Park, Sand Hollow State Park, the Dunes, or your choice of renowned golf courses - plus all the fun the greater St George area has to offer. Coral Arches has an open floor plan making spending time together on your vacation so simple! When you're ready for your private time, there are 3 bedrooms 2 suites and one bunk room you can escape off to for the night to relax and watch a movies on the TV's. Room Configuration:
Master Bedroom boasts a King bed that sleeps 1-2 persons. The master suite has a full on-suite private bath.
Guest Suite:offers a comfortable king bed that sleeps 1-2 persons and a private TV. This suite shares a bath with the bunk room guests.
Bunk Room: - This room offers three twin/full bunk beds, as well as a love sac, and it's own private TV. This kids get-away can sleep, and it shares a bathroom with the guest suite. 1-9 persons.
Parking: This home allows up to 1-3 cars. There is no street-level parking permitted. All cars must be in the garage, guest parking areas or driveway. No Boat/Trailer/RV parking permitted anywhere in the community
PETS: This home is pet friendly so the whole family can tag along for the vacation!
Bringing a pet, you will be subject to a one time $35 fee per pet.
Please notify us of the number, breed and weight of any pets you will be bringing. (all animals must be under 40 pounds)
We ask that you do not allow your pets onto the furniture.
We do provide lint rollers at the home for your use to assist us in removal of pet hair from furniture and bedding.
While it is impossible to remove all signs of pet hair, our cleaners do thoroughly clean the entire home including bedding and furniture.
Smoking: This is a strict NON SMOKING property. (This includes Vaping). We ask guests to not smoke in the home or on the property. A fee, not to be less than $250, will be charged for violation of this rule.
