Nestled on the shores of Lake Hartwell, this charming vacation rental offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Our lake home is situated in a quiet and hidden cove while boasting breathtaking views of the sparkling lake from the porch and all bedrooms. Step outside onto the cozy porch or downstairs patio while sipping your morning coffee and listen to the gentle lapping of the water. Spend your days swimming, fishing, and kayaking or bring your own boat for a day on the lake.
GENERAL LAYOUT:
The main floor includes a living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom with ensuite, half bath, laundry room, and an all-weather porch. Downstairs has an additional two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, living space, and additional kitchenette with refrigerator and bar sink. From the downstairs you have access to the patio and walkway to the dock.
MAIN FLOOR KITCHEN APPLIANCES
The main floor kitchen is complete with full size fridge/freezer, wall oven, electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher. We have both a traditional drip and Keurig coffee maker, crock pot, blender, and toaster. Off the kitchen, you will find a gas grill for usage.

All Season Porch:
Located on the main level, this room is the perfect place to start and end your day. It boasts a sitting area with a sofa and 2 chairs along with a swinging bed, a tv, 2 ceiling fans, and breath-taking views of nature. From Oct 1-April 1, one can use the wood burning fireplace (BYOW).
DOCK:
Covered dock with open area for tanning and fishing with a short walk from the house. Ample shaded area with table for eating. 4 chaise lounges are provided for tanning. You can bring your boat or jet ski and tie them to the dock for your stay. The boat launch at Tugaloo State Park is only a short 2 minute drive from the house.
EARLY CHECK IN may be possible, but we won't know until the day of check in and it will be dependent on if a guest checks out that morning and cleaning status.
LATE CHECK OUT / EXTENDING YOUR STAY
Extending your check-out past 10am will affect our ability to have the house ready for 3pm check-in. We can always look to see if the following night is available if you would like to extend your stay to the following day at 10am.
