Positive: Friendly, helpful, attentive staff

Negative: Bathroom had large collection of dust in vents, sink had brown ring on porcelain around drain, restaurant food wasn't worth the price (burger had a bun that was flaking apart, french toast for breakfast was soggy it was practically a soup), ordered room service for dinner at 4pm and told to place tray in hallway tray remained even after I checked out, curtains wouldn't open, hit head on lamps in restaurant area (staff stated they've made complaints because it's common for guests to hit heads of lamps because they hang low, but corporate refuses to update the area).

Summary: Not worth the price
