You can also challenge your family or friends to a game of pool, that's right, this property comes equipped with a gorgeous pool table that sits in front of another electric fireplace heater and a smart television for your enjoyment.
This vacation rental home features three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The bedrooms are located up the lighted staircase. The primary suite has beautiful 180-degree views of the mountain range and greens. The two junior suites located down the hall are quite spacious, and they have their own ensuite bathrooms, because who doesn't appreciate having their own bathroom while on vacation!
When you`re not out exploring the scenic desert landscape or exploring the Indian Canyons, slow down and enjoy the sunshine from the patio, or take a long dip in the private pool and marvel at the panoramic mountain views. Take notice as the sun sets beautifully over the ridge as it creates a memorable backdrop to your perfect day.
Your resort experience offers 27 holes of amazing golf (special golf packages are available just contact the pro-shop), driving range, tennis, pickle-ball, racquetball, full-service Spa, and a newly designed fitness center. The Club House has amenities including the Clubhouse grill, bar, lounge, and dining room. You can also enjoy any of the 33 other complimentary pools located throughout the resort. Available activities include golf and tennis lessons (group clinics) with on-site pros, Bingo on Wednesdays, themed culinary experiences nightly in the dining room and much more (in order to use these amenities, please contact Desert Princess Country Club Club House).

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy of 6. The maximum number of vehicles allowed at this property is 3.

For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
