Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The room was excellent, having been completely renovated and upgraded within about a year. Everything was new and clean. The bathroom had a new tile floor and shower with a glass door so no moldy shower curtains. The toilet was a low flush but very effective. The AC worked well and there were two wall lights beside the bed and one over the desk. Instead of a clothes closet there was an open rack making hanging clothes easier, The fridge dad both a freezer and a regular compartment. The TV worked well and the remote was easy to use. Body wash and shampoo were in dispensers, not the usual little plastic bottles. One of the best parts of the visit were the staff who were very helpful and efficient.

Negative: 1. There is no grab bar in the shower. 2. Because of the unusual time difference in Arizona, it would help if each room had a lighted electric clock with the local time, as the times shown on the TV channels are all MDT, not MST. 3. It would help if there was one small bar of soap an the sink, so guests could wash their hands. 4. The bed was way too soft, like sleeping on a giant marshmallow. 5. The outside is somewhat nondescript and could use some beautification. It gives no idea of the quality of the room. 6. A printed TV channel lineup would be helpful.
