Welcome to Casa Pacifica! Our pictures tell the story of the comfort that awaits your visit as well as the view and access to the bluff trail. This is two-bedroom, two-bath comfortably furnished modern home. The large owner’s suite has a bathroom with a deep bathtub, separate shower, and double sinks . The second bedroom has been converted to a sitting room with a comfortable couch bed and TV along. There is an adjacent bathroom. Our completely outfitted and updated kitchen provides opportunities for at-home cooking. For those cold nights we have a wood burning stove. The high speed fiber optic WIFI allows for both work and streaming your favorite shows. Outdoors you will enjoy hot tub/spa, deck and comfortable outdoor furniture. For your convenience the washer & dryer are available and you will enjoy easy parking and privacy.
Located less than 1/4 mile from the famous Sea Ranch Bluff Trail where you can explore the entire trail along the bluff, coves, and beaches. Play tennis, pickle ball, or swim a few laps at a Sea Ranch recreation center, golf at the Sea Ranch Links, kayak on the Gualala River, hike in the redwoods, or have a massage. At the end of the day, take in the ocean and sunset on our expansive deck, and come evening, soak in our hot tub watching the brilliant sky on a clear night.
We have invested in a 'greener lifestyle' with energy-efficient appliances, a smart thermostat, LED light bulbs, and a fully solar-powered home. The solar panels and batteries protect our renters from disappointment and inconvenience during the storms, wind, and/or PGE's rolling blackouts during fire season. It is our hope that you will follow the Sea Ranch values of living lightly on the land and practice conservation.
This is a perfect home for a long weekend getaway, dedicated vacation, holidays, a flexcation, or for a sabbatical and month-long stay (we offer a discount) for a responsible couple. You will find our house in pristine condition upon checking in. This is our home, not a commercial facility and you will feel the difference. We devote considerable time to making sure all guests come to feel at home there and believe their money was well spent. In return we expect our guests to work with us to maintain our property.
