Amazing lake house with room to sleep up to 16 people and a 4 person hot tub. Cabin has 4 bedrooms (3 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 4 twin xl beds and a twin daybed with twin trundle) and 3 bathrooms. Have a family reunion or just spend some time away with family and friends on Lake Tawakoni. This unique home offers its own game room, covered parking and lake access with a private boat ramp that only residents of this neighborhood and their guests have access to. Upstairs bunkhouse is equipped to sleep up to 8 people and a great place to put a group of children while the adults enjoy themselves downstairs on the main floor. Great view of the lake from the front porch and access to the private boat ramp behind the home for a day of fishing on the lake or some recreational boating. Enjoy the firepit at night and take a soak in the hot tub!
We have working exterior surveillance cameras on the property as a security precaution including one overlooking the hot tub. The land across the street in front is private property so please do not use that land. Also, the boat docks behind the house in the cove belong to neighbors and are not to be used. Number of guests limited to 8 adults and 8 children. Thank you!
