Summary: When checking in, the staff was polite and professional. Once we got to the room things were not as good. For a "pet friendly" hotel this location was not what I had expected. The room was filthy with someone's hair in the bathroom, crumbs on the kitchen floor, unknown substances on the walls and ceilings, cabinets falling apart. Everything felt grimy. There were no amenities for my dogs, which I had thought would be offered considering it is supposed to be a pet friendly hotel.
As for the "certified smoke free environment," that was also not true. I called the office to ask about the faint cigarette smell and was offered some type of febreeze spray. When checking out the following morning I saw someone in the room next to mine blowing cigarette smoke out of the bedroom window.
This was our only choice for a pet friendly, non-smoking hotel; for the one day we needed a place to stay. I really hope they fix these issues because this could be a decent hotel with some work and care.

Summary: Looks nice from the outside, but the inside needs complete renovation. Sinks are old curtain rods are rusted, refrigerator is rusted etc.
they can do better.

Summary: Got there ti check in around 1030 pm and couldn't get into the lobby. Had to call and have someone come let us in. Then was met with a deposit that was never mentioned anywhere when booking the room. No one was available to check us out when we were ready to leave. Dirty refrigerator. Microwave didnt work. No toiletries.
