On top of that, no cleaning to have a positive check out! The automatic cleaning fee covers everything that people hate about the check out process. The only thing I ask is to pick up trash and put in trash cans and if you spill, just be decent and clean up after yourselves. No need to strip beds, collect towels, do dishes or anything!
