W also have a sister property a 2 minute walk away that also sleeps 16 people that is great for wedding parties.

Galleria Mall area of Houston, Texas, only within 5-10 minutes walking distance to the mall and so many fine restaurants, clubs, bars, lots of parking!
Rule number one: Have fun!
Friday and Saturdays in November, December (excludes Christmas and New Years weekends) and January are fine for single day reservations. Otherwise, Friday and Saturday must be booked together on weekends for a 2-night minimum stay.
Occasionally there is a 3- night minimum during holidays or special events. That isn't very often and we can be very flexible with that, so just check in with me. .
We are always willing to consider special circumstances or needs, just message us with any special requests or questions prior to booking. I'm happy to try and work with you.
If you are looking to smoke there is plenty of space on the patio allowed outside. Just a reminder that there is no smoking of any kind permitted in the home. So just a reminder that if ashes, cigarettes, joints or smoking smells are found, you will be charged a $750 fee cleaning fee as it takes a lot of work to get the smell out in a big house like that before the next guest arrives. In addition there is a $500 fee if you or your guests disturb, move or turn off the smoke detectors as it is a safety concern and our guests safety is our highest priority.
No glitter or confetti, please. It takes a HazMat team to get rid of that stuff.
Pets are usually very welcome, but please check with me first.
