THE SPACE
Featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, our condo comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. The master bedroom has a luxurious king-sized bed with an en suite bathroom and a walk-in shower to fully refresh after a day in the sun. The two additional bedrooms each feature queen-sized beds, but there is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living area in case additional accommodation is needed (every room features a ceiling fan). The condo is fully remodeled and freshly painted with all new furniture, flooring, and even new blinds to ensure your stay is as clean and comfortable as possible. For entertainment, catch up on your favorite shows with three Amazon Fire stick TVs and one smart TVs (one in each bedroom and in the living space). There are several fantastic restaurants nearby, but the condo is also convenient for home cooking with a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker. Additionally, there is a stackable washer and dryer for your private use.

Our lakeside retreat is ideally situated near the Port of Kimberling Marina. Whether you’re looking to rent a boat or drop your boat in at there ramp, the marina offers a variety of options to suit your needs. UNFORTUNATELY AS OF MARCH 1st 2025 THERE WILL BE NO DOCK SLIP OR DROP IN RAMP AVAILABLE AT OUR RESORT. For guests with their own boat, you can bring and store your boat on property free of charge and drop it in at the Port Of Kimberling Marina just about a five minute drive down the road.This is due to a ruling by the Army Corps Of Engineers.
Indulge in delicious meals with a view at Big Buoy restaurant, and if your stay is on the weekend, you can also enjoy the live music they provide. Other fantastic dining choices are Goofy Goose Bar and Grill, and Happy Teriyaki. Other notable features about the location is the ease of shopping for necessities with Harter House grocery store being located right across from the resort to stock up on any groceries, snacks, or needs you may have during the stay.
