Our garden level condo is single level and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 4 comfortably. (There are no steps within the unit but however there are steps within the complex to get to the unit) You may find yourself curled up reading a book or watching your favorite show in the living room which features a sofa, chair, and 40” Smart TV w/ Streaming ONLY services. You can sit outside on the patio just off the living room on those beautiful mornings. When you want to stay in and cook the kitchen has all you need to cook your meals; microwave, stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. You are also just steps away from the community pool (heated during colder months), spa and BBQ grills!
The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, dresser, 32” Smart TV w/ Streaming ONLY, desk in case you work remotely or just want to check your emails while away, direct access to the patio and a private bathroom with single sink and walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a full size bed. The guest bathroom has a single sink and tub/shower combo. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit, so you don’t have to go home with dirty laundry! Come and enjoy all that Scottsdale has to offer! There is plenty of space for anyone needing to get away or if you are coming to the Scottsdale area for work!
Linens and towels provided. We also provide a few items to get you started of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo and conditioner.
