Summary: My only complaint was that housekeeping cleans rooms every OTHER day. I never experienced that before and didn't know until after calling the front desk several times the Saturday of my stay and have no one pick up. When I came downstairs to tell them no one had cleaned my room, (this was 3pm), that's when I found out about this policy. The rugs, although looking clean, definitely need a deep cleaning because the bottoms of my white socks were filthy and I was only there two nights and only wore them before bed. Other than that, I found the hotel very nice.
