The eat in breakfast table has dining for 6 and is open to the family room. A downstairs separate office is perfect for privacy while working from home. The laundry room and 1/2 bath complete the downstairs of the home. Walk upstairs to the bedrooms and loft. Yes there is a separate loft TV area, just for hanging out upstairs. The master is spa like.
