Summary: Wasn’t able to get into the room until more than an hour after check in time. The shower drain was extreme slow. The door took 2-3 attempts before I could get in every time. The door connection to adjoining unit stops no sound so it sounded like the neighbor was in the room with us. I don’t think the person at the desk took my issues seriously when I asked about it. Room itself was good. It was a well equipped suite. The pool and the jacuzzis were welcome and they were open late.
