Just 10 minutes down the historic Dipsea stairs to downtown Mill Valley, 30 minutes from San Francisco and 40 minutes to Sonoma.
Upstairs there are 2 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and balconies/decks (one has a kitchenette). There is also a girl's bedroom that has a single bed and a trundle bed and a boys room with a king size bed. These two rooms share a full bathroom.
Downstairs you will find the kitchen, dining area, living room with TV and queen sofabed and a separate sitting area with a fireplace and piano. There is a half bathroom on this level.
