Positive: It was very expensive. The pillows were feather, and they didn't bring me others as requested. I had to flag down a housekeeper.

Negative: Pillows. Didn't notify me that they weren't able to deliver pillows. I called right before going to bed to ask, and they simply said they didn't have others.

Summary: Expensive, and wouldn't even supply non feather pillows.
