The exterior is an entertainer's dream from the immense lush greenery that surrounds the estate, to the expansive patio with outdoor dining. This ranch style home offers peace and tranquility while still being within 10-minutes from shopping and dining. Features of this home include a stunning kitchen, outdoor dining, a built-in grill, fire pit, table tennis, pool and spa, a large grassy backyard, as well as a horse stable. This home includes horse stables for guests to use. Nearby Activities: Phoenix Sonoran Preserve (Hiking), ATV Tours (Off-Roading through the Desert), McDowell Mountain Regional Park (Hiking). Parking Details: Three car garage. 8 cars on the driveway. We are not responsible for mail or packages that are shipped to the property. We do not have access to the mailboxes at many of our homes and cannot retrieve mail for our guests.
