Come enjoy the Westin Kierlands villa and as well as the Westin Resort and Spa activities. While you are there take the villas shuttle over to enjoy the Kierlands Commons Shopping district, wonderful restaurants, and at the Quarters down the street.
**Please note that we do not rent to two separate parties at the same time..
We have 3 combinations of options for rental. 1) two bedroom lockoff,
2)1 Bedroom Premium villa, and 3) studio villa.
We do have full access to a two bedroom lockoff, which is a combination of the 1 bedroom premium villa and the smaller studio side. Please take a look at the pictures with examples on my dashboard.
The price stated on the calendar is the base price for a studio villa. If you choose the 1 bedroom villa it would the the base price plus $50/ night. If you choose the 2 bedroom lock off it would be the combination of the studio villa and the 1 bedroom lockoff.
Four diamond rated resort, including exceptional golf at the Kierland golf club and indulgent spa experience at agave the Arizona spa. These rooms have been fully renovated and include a beautiful fireplace. Room sleeps up to 4 adults and features a king-size bed and a queen sofa sleeper as well as a dining table. Also in the kitchen area, there is a washer and dryer combination provided for your convenience. The bedroom features a flat screen tv. Fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, ceramic cooktop, microwave/convection oven, full-size stainless steel refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and dinnerware. Bathtub’s adjustable heavenly® shower with a handheld wand, then wrap up in a plush bathrobe.
Relax on the living area’s sofa bed while watching the flat screen tv with a dvd/cd player or listening to the bose® wave® am/fm radio. Wireless high speed internet access is complimentary.
The resort features three swimming pools: adventure water park, adult aguamiel pool and outdoor children's pool. You will also have full access to the Westin Kierland resort amenities, including spa, tennis courts, hotel restaurants and family-friendly activities. The resort is just 5 minutes away from Kierland common and the Scottsdale quarter with complimentary shuttle service and discounts to fine dining, theater, and high tech and fashion shopping.
