The house sleeps 12, and includes 5 bedrooms and 6 beds (1 king, 3 queens, and 2 singles).
Any events or gatherings held at the property MUST be pre-approved in advance.
Any event or potentially damaging use of the front lawn must lay down professionally-installed lawn protection over the entire yard before using the lawn for any parties or gatherings.
Any guest agrees to pay for any and all damages to the house, lawn and yard (regardless of cost) in exchange for the use of the property.
You also agree that there is no normal 'wear and tear' included in the rental of the property, and agree to pay for any damages or wear to property, the premises or furniture incurred during your rental. There are also no ‘drinking games’ allowed at any time.
You also agree to pay a $1500 fee if any evidence of smoking on the property is found after your rental.
Any violation of any of these rules or agreements made between the host and guest in writing or orally will result in a minimum of a $2,500 damage charge being incurred, in the case that actual damages cannot be calculated.
