Master bedroom has a queen bed with attached bath and walk-in closet with plenty of space. The Second bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed and plenty of storage. All linens and mattresses are top of the line. The other room upstairs is a fully furnished office or I can have a queen bed put in there instead.
The family room has a very comfortable leather couch with recliners on each side. Also the basement is newly furnished with a complete workout room down there, foosball table, and a couch and recliner.
Off of the kitchen is a huge deck complete with red metal roof that sounds great when it rains. It also has a very big 6 foot privacy fenced yard with plenty of room to sit on the deck and also a grill.
I live in a very convenient place of Louisville. I am right off of the expressway. There are two major malls within two miles of my house and A big outlet mall 20 minutes from here. I am about 10 miles to downtown Louisville and the same to Churchill Downs. There are some amazing museums in Louisville to visit, one is the Churchill Museum, Louisville slugger museum, Muhammad Ali Museum and a few other good ones.
You can ask anybody that has ever been to Louisville what they liked about it and most people will say that it is a foodie town. We have some of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to no matter where I go.
We have an excellent park system here in Louisville. We have one area called the parklands that is five times bigger than Central Park in New York City. To go from the beginning to the end and back is 40 miles of beautiful countryside only available to pedestrians and cyclists. There are also some other equally beautiful Parks
