Lovely townhome ... approximately 2700 square feet of luxury located on the Homestead Golf Course #1 hole … 3 bedroom, 3 ½ bath, located just steps from both The Homestead and Zermatt resorts in beautiful Midway, Utah (Home of Swiss Days). Midway is a short drive to world class skiing at Sundance, a lift to Deer Valley, Park City and Canyons resorts, as well as cross country skiing at the former Winter Olympics venue Soldier Hollow in Midway.
Recreation: 90 Holes of Golf at three outstanding Midway courses (Homestead, Wasatch and Soldier Hollow), fly fishing in Provo Canyon streams, boating, water sports and winter ice fishing at Deer Creek Reservoir, snowmobiling, ice castles and tubing, and year round family activities at Soldier Hollow… not to mention just 20 minutes from the restaurants and shopping in Park City.
This unit is just right for single and extended family use. With two master bedroom suites (one upstairs and one down), and large “bunk room”, each with their own full baths and walk-in closets, as well as a powder room on the main level, this well appointed and fully furnished unit is “oh so comfortable”. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with pots, pans, dishes and silverware provide the comforts of home. A short walk to Homestead or Zermatt for bakery treats, coffee or a variety of restaurants provide a convenient alternative.
While there, consider luxurious spa treatments, check out the local sites in a side by side off road vehicle, or hop on a mountain bike for a ride through the gorgeous countryside.

Upstairs master has king bed and ensuite bath with covered, west- facing deck, looking toward Zermatt resort and mountains. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed and serene views of the mountains and golf course.
