Welcome to your Luxe Stay in Miami. Centrally located just steps from Miami's Design District. This newly built, 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home with a pool & hot tub is perfect for families and larger groups. The backyard is ideal to spend sunny Miami afternoons relaxing by the pool or cooking out in the covered terrace. The home is centrally located with in walking distance to the best shops in Miami, 5 minutes drive to Wynwood or Midtown, and 10-15 minutes to Miami Beach, Brickell and Downtown!
The Space:
This newly constructed house is made up of two structures: A main house (3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom) and a guest house (2 bedroom/1 bathroom), perfect for larger groups or families, with large gathering areas in the main house and back yard. The backyard is spacious, with plenty of room to relax all day in the sun or in the shade under the large terrace that has a grill and plenty of seating. You will have access to the entire property including the full driveway. Each bedroom has one bed; a king size in the primary bedroom, and queen size beds in the other four bedrooms. The couch does not pull out but can be made into a king-size bed with linens provided for additional sleeping quarters.

Buena Vista is a quiet neighborhood very close to all everything Miami has to offer.
Getting Around:
There is off-street parking in the driveway of the house for up to 3 cars and a garage gate at the front of the property. You are within walking distance to the Design District, which has shops and restaurants. The house is very centralized so everything else in Miami is just a very short Uber/Lyft ride away.
Other Things to Note:
Tesla EV stage 2 charger added with complimentary use for guests. An adapter can be provided for non-Tesla vehicles, please request prior to arrival.

After booking I will ask you to send me your email so I can send you additional information about your stay, including your door access code prior to arriving. You will have my phone number to call or text with any questions. I'll give you a walk-through of the house either via a phone call, video, or in person. I live nearby and will be available anytime you need me during your stay.
