THE VIEW:
A year-round, long-range, layered mountain view awaits you at Arrowhead Summit! Enjoy gorgeous sunsets and beautiful skies from the large wraparound deck.
MAIN LEVEL: On the main level enjoy the openness of a large welcoming great room boasting a spectacular mountain view with natural light from the west-facing wall of windows. Enjoy an open floor plan with a 2.5 story cathedral ceiling and a wood-burning fireplace. For dining there is a large table that comfortably seats six. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need to create and enjoy delicious family meals in the comfort of home. In addition to a desk area and powder bath, you will also find a 3-n-1 table with seating that converts from a table for games/puzzles to a poker table to a bumper pool table. This gathering area is well stocked with games suitable for all ages. So if staying put is your cup of tea, you won’t be bored at Arrowhead Summit!
UPPER LEVEL: The upper level loft consists of a king bed, a large clothing wardrobe, and a gas log fireplace. Also in this area is a large bathroom with double vanities and an oversized walk-in tile shower with double shower heads! The mountain view from the loft is AMAZING!
GROUND LEVEL: On the terrace level you’ll find two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a full bath with laundry, and a game room. The game room is equipped with a pool table, flat screen TV, and two leather chairs with ottomans for relaxing by the gas fireplace.
OUTDOOR AREAS: French doors lead from the game room to a patio where you can enjoy a meal or the quietness of the mountains. Sitting at the back of the property is a large fire pit area and an area for playing horseshoes.
THE DECK: Plenty of room to stretch out and relax on the wrap-around mostly covered deck. Here you’ll find many places to enjoy the view, a good book, or just BEING! There’s also a picnic table for outdoor dining, working, or games.
THE ROADWAY: The majority of the roads to the cabin are paved. Approximately 10 minutes of the drive to the cabin is gravel but easily managed by most type vehicles.
PETS: ***Only 2 pets allowed***
All pets must be up to date on required vaccines and on flea & tick medication. Some guests are allergic to pet dander so please be respectful and keep pets off of all furniture, bedding, and bath linens. If this simply isn’t possible, we ask that you bring your own blankets/sheets to place over the furniture and/or cabin bedding. For sanitary reasons, we do not provide pet bedding so please bring your pet’s favorite bed. All pet waste must be picked up, bagged, and tied. Thank you for keeping our area clean!
NOTES: For the security of our cabin, the cabin is equipped with two security cameras. One camera is aimed toward the driveway and is able to view all vehicles and persons entering/exiting the property. Another is located at the back of the cabin for enjoying the beautiful sunsets.
GUEST ACCESS: Guests have access to all parts of the property with the exception of the owner’s closet in the master bathroom and the uppermost loft which is above the master bedroom loft. This upper loft is easily identifiable by signs prohibiting access.
LOSS OF DEPOSIT:
The following infractions will result in a total loss of deposit and possible immediate demand to vacate the property:
- Smoking of any kind
- Unregistered guests on property
- More than 2 pets
- Fireworks of any type
- Weapons or firearms
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Guests are liable for any damages or rules violations that occur during their occupancy. Guests are required to inspect the property upon check-in and notify us immediately of any damages noted and any that occur during occupancy.
Loss of deposit or additional charges may result from the following (but not limited to):
- bringing more than the maximum occupancy of 6 guests
- bringing more than 2 pets
- unapproved late checkout (at the rate of the average cost of one night’s stay) beginning 30 minutes post-checkout time.
- ignoring departure procedures
- leaving cabin in a manner that reassures excessive cleaning
- not following trash disposal guidelines
- any indication of smoking on the property
- missing or broken items
