This 3-bedroom booking includes the Main Building and West Wing of the home. The East Wing (three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms) remains closed in this configuration. Guests have exclusive use of the entire outdoor area, including pool, spa, pergola-covered grill area, covered outdoor dining terrace, and driveway.
Connectivity & Comfort
High-speed WiFi is available throughout the house and pool deck. A full-sized washer and dryer are provided. Television is available via HD antenna (OTA) and Roku streaming; cable TV service is not provided. Smart TVs are installed in every bedroom. The fully insulated home ensures a quiet and comfortable indoor atmosphere.

Extended spa use would stop pool circulation and heating, which can negatively affect water quality.
For this reason, the spa operates in a scheduled system mode and is available daily between 1:00 PM and 10:00 PM only.

Preventive pest control is performed regularly; occasional insects are typical in Florida’s subtropical climate.
